Job description

ALG has a great opportunity for an experienced Repair Coordinator to join a well-established commercial organisation based at Perth Airport. The position will give the successful candidates the chance to get hands on exposure and the opportunity to work alongside aircraft engineers and other skilled technicians.

The contract is for 18 months (potential extension) and successful candidates would be working on a Monday to Friday Pattern. The typical shift time would be from 0700 - 15:30.

This role is offering a rate of pay of $40.50 + Super.


Some of the main responsibilities of the position are:

  • Managing workloads through systems and processed provided to yourself
  • Utilising various Microsoft Office Suite
  • Coordinating all phases of repair jobs which may include scheduling contractors to carry out work, administrative duties and ensuring any issues that present themselves are resolved
  • Communicating with various stakeholders
  • Ensuring all KPI's are being met regarding timing and condition of repairs

The successful candidates possess the following attributes:

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Willing to undergo a background security check (ASIC)
  • Willing to comply with medical requirement (drug/alcohol)
  • Strong attention to details, ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrate full compliance will all work rules and regulation.
