ALG has a number of great opportunities for Trade Assistants to join a well-established commercial organisation based at Tullamarine Airport. The position will give the successful candidates the chance to get hands on exposure and the opportunity to work alongside aircraft engineers and other aviation based support crews.
The contract is open ended and successful candidates would be working on a Monday to Friday Pattern. The typical shift time would be from 0700 - 15:30.


This role is offering a rate of pay of $30.95 + Super.

Some of the main responsibilities of the position are:

• Maintaining company premises and equipment
• Performing cleaning duties to ensure safety and suitability for use
• Tool handling and management
• Manual handling (picking and packing)
• Executing related task as part of the maintenance team and tacking instructions from Aircraft maintenance engineers
• Pressure washing various material

The successful candidates possess the following attributes:

• Experience working in a maintenance and or logistic environment.
• Full working rights in Australia
• Willing to undergo a background security check (ASIC)
• Willing to comply with medical requirement (drug/alcohol)
• Strong attention to details, ability to multi-task and good communication skills and
• Demonstrate full compliance will all work rules and regulation.
