Qualitair are recruiting a Parts Sealer for one of our Aviation Clients in Hayes, Heathrow!

Responsibilities:

• To adhere to Customer Turn Around Times.
• To ensure that all Labour costs are fully utilised.
• Embrace and actively improve LEAN processes.
• Ensure all KPI targets for the department are met and adhered too.
• To clean parts prior to sealing.
• To receive components from the machine shop and seal parts to industry standards.
• To ensure that two pack sealant is mixed correctly.
• To transfer the job to the next work sheet operation.
• To move parts to the paint shop.
• An awareness and understanding of responsibilities outlined in the Company's environmental procedures.

Requirements:

• Self motivating.
• Able to work shifts.
• To be flexible and take on other duties as directed.
• Well organised.
• Punctual.
• Quality conscious.
• Flexible.
• The ability to work within a team environment.
• May require additional overtime hours to be worked.
• Workshop has fluctuating temperature dependent upon time of year and operations underway in other Production departments.
• Occasional loud noises from machinery and other production department activity.
• Occasional heavy lifting required.
• Able to sit down or stand for prolonged period of time.
• Very good (aided or unaided) vision.
