With excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will be confident to maintain relationships both internally and externally with a range of stakeholders globally. Purpose of Role
- Manage all administrative processes of Magma’s appointed handlers.
- Regularly revise and improve administrative processes and procedures.
- Notify the relevant Magma department(s) about new legal requirements or administration procedures within a station that might have an impact on Magma’s operations or activities.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative processes of Magma’s appointed handlers.

- Negotiate and maintain SGHAs
- Negotiate and maintain SLAs
- Initiate and track KPIs
- Distributes and maintains all Magma’s lessor(s) operation/handling manuals, notifies appropriate station personnel of procedure changes.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Ensure availability and training (initial and recurrent) of handler’s staff or subcontractors in order for stations to remain operational
- Participate in conference calls to ensure effective sharing of information and full awareness of others in the Chapman Freeborn Flight Support team and other offices.
- Keep up to date with activities of other Ground Operations Managers using the appropriate network of communication.
- To work in correlation with all Commercial Departments across the group (where applicable).
- To work in conjunction with the yearly strategies laid out by the Board of Directors, Senior Management and Management Teams
- In coordination with, and under the guidance of, the Group Marketing Department, to undertake specific marketing initiatives to ensure the growth and professional representation of the organisation’s brand.
- Attend and represent the organisation at agreed trade shows, conferences and industry events
- At all times to ensure that legal and commercial risks (to the extent relevant to the post holder role) are identified and minimized through effective communication with applicable stakeholders as well as relevant support functional departments and, when necessary Board of Directors.
- To carry out any other duties within the competence of the role holder, as requested (including additional working hours as and when required).
- To travel when required in line with business needs.
- Keep up to date with industry changes, procedures and requirements relating to job role.
- Participate in a rotating out of hour’s duty rota within the commercial team.
