Job description

We are delighted to be supporting a leading air charter and management service provider to source a MCC Engineer on a permanent basis for their facilities in Malta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the MCC team which handles AOG, ADHOC, defect troubleshooting.
  • Check SRPs and updating HRS and CYC to the aircraft’s related Maintenance Tracking System.
  • Review AD assessments and prepare AD Assessment Forms.
  • Review SB Embodiments.
  • Review repairs and modifications to ensure applicability, suitability, and scheduling accordingly to urgency, operational, and safety concerns.
  • Update and maintain the dent and buckle chart and manage deferred defects.
  • Plan scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the aircraft in the fleet.
  • Review scheduled maintenance records and ensure that all the work requested has been performed by the Part 145 and correctly signed off.
  • Check that maintenance tracking tool is correctly updated following maintenance on the aircraft.
  • Collect information and prepare report for any maintenance/event occurrences relating to the aircraft and support the related investigations.
  • Assist with sourcing of parts for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Very strong aircraft maintenance experience, preferably in a line-maintenance environment
  • Previous Maintenance Control or Technical Support experience is desirable
