We are growing our Charter division and looking for Charter specialists to join the team.


A background of at least 3 years of experience serving Key Accounts, aircraft broking and Direct Sales within the aviation industry, will help you succeed in this commercially focused role.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
  • Manage the charter bookings from inquiry to completion
  • Flight watch/oversee flight departures along with operations department
  • Pro-actively grow and maintain assigned and created client base
  • Create effective / innovative solutions to regular and unique client needs
  • Conduct targeted research and business development through outbound sales calls, emails and visits to generate new sales leads
  • Develop expertise and become valued as advisor to client
  • Consistently exceed financial targets along with other KPI’s
  • Develop relationships with Clients and Operators by way of systematic account management
  • Manage and update the in-house CRM system in a timely and an accurate manner
