We are BAA Training, one of the TOP 3 largest independent aviation training centers in Europe. After starting to expand in Vietnam, China and Spain, we are searching for a CAMO Engineer for our base in Spain.

We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

  • Establishing the aircraft maintenance program according to its configuration/operation and keep it up to date;
  • Collecting, defining and checking all the technical data necessary to maintain the airworthiness of an aircraft (airworthiness status, manufacturer and regulatory documentations);
  • Cross checking critical tasks definition and paperwork of its completion;
  • Cross checking work orders and work cards execution;
  • Liaison with a contracted CAMO organization and internal OPS department;
  • Setting up an in-house CAMO and its processes for a new MRO that is currently under certification;
  • Preparing work orders for the maintenance department;
  • Gathering records and manage the archive of aircraft continuing airworthiness documents;
  • Managing aircraft spare parts and its logistics;
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager;

We dream about a team member who has:

  • An engineering degree in Aeronautical education or an Aircraft maintenance engineer license;
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience (in the aviation industry or holding positions of responsibility in another type of industry);
  • Knowledge of EASA Part CAO, EASA Part ML, EASA Part M and EASA Part 145;
  • Good English and Spanish level both speaking and writing;
  • Microsoft office programs user skills and is attentive to details;
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment;
  • Strong communication, time management skills and ability to prioritize;
  • Quick thinking min and is able to devise alternative solutions to problems;
