Task Description

  • Development of requirement profiles in cooperation with the executives

  • Creation and formulation of job advertisements

  • Definition of appropriate sourcing strategies, channels and social media to recruit talented candidates

  • General candidate management

  • Potential assessment of candidates

  • Active support of executives in candidate selection

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in psychology, sociology, business administration or economics

  • Alternatively, completed professional training as a human resources manager with many years of professional experience

  • Several years of professional experience in human resources, experience in recruiting is required

  • Detailed specialized knowledge of MS Office as well as initial user knowledge of SAP

  • Business fluent knowledge of German and English

  • Present work permit for the EU

  • Team player with excellent communication skills as well as an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
