Job description

Key Responsibilities MEL customizations and approval, review and update MEL upon MMEL revisions for all Company Fleets Support Flight Operations in pre-delivery & post-delivery requirements for new aircraft delivery for all Company Fleets Support Flight Operations by analysing Airwothness Directives (AD) as required Assist in all Director General of Civil Avation (DGCA) approvals and special projects (i.e. manuals, new destinations, all relevant Special Operations approvals) Preparing and coordinating for DGCA CAR / Operations Circular compliance requirements Preparation of technical data for Engineering Quality for ARC activity - Aircraft Performance Certificate, Range and Performance of Radio Communication & Navigation Equipment Certificate and Aircraft Flight manual status certificate all VTI fleets Assist in Aircraft Performance Monitoring (Monthly APD tracking and updating) and liaison with engineering Assist in collating & monitoring Airport data and preparation of related performance outputs Coordinate with Flight Dispatch for review of notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) for any operational impact within the Company Network and to do the necessary follow-up actions (i.e., issuing of Airport Analysis charts, Internal Notice to Airmen (INTAM), etc.) Assist in monitoring technical publications relating to Vistara’s Fleet ensuring that Operational Manuals are updated in a timely manner to reflect the Manufacturer’s source data and any changes in the aircraft configuration/modification status Technical writing - notifying crew of pertinent changes in policies, procedures, or instructions/information through the timely issue of FSI, INTAMs, TB SELCAL Management (Purchase for new aircraft & Periodic validation) DGCA/IOSA/Internal Audit preparation Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager Skills & Attributes Ability to define and document technical processes as require

Ability to define and document technical processes as required Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines Good analytical capabilities Good in collaborating with different stakeholders and drive the common agendas Excellent written & verbal communication skills Proficient with MS office Excellent Project Management tools/ Adobe pdf/xml editor is an added advantage Technical knowledge on Airbus/Boeing aircraft is an advantage Performance Engineering knowledge is desirable
