WHAT WILL YOU DO

The Flight Operation Standards and Compliance Manager will be supporting the Group Director of Flight Operation in running the daily operation. 

Your main duties will be to:

  • Edit and maintain the OM-As, including coordination of content between chief pilots and cabin manager;
  • Handle daily and ad-hoc tasks of Flight Operation;
  • Handle daily contact with the competent authority;
  • Handle ad-hoc projects internally and if required externally distribute Company Reports.

Attend and follow up on Internal and External audits such as:

  • The Company Compliance Monitoring Department;
  • The competent authority;
  • EASA/Community;
  • Customer's SAFA/SACA Ramp Inspections.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • We are looking for a dedicated person, with great knowledge of aviation, EASA, and the ICAO rule framework.
  • This role ideally will suit an experienced flight crew who’s previously held a management role and is no longer flying or a person who has worked in compliance and wants to take on challenges in Flight Operations. 
  • You need to have excellent communication skills, with fluent English in speaking and writing;
  • You need to have good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office 365;
  • Knowledge of Webmanuals will be considered an advantage.
