Task Description

  • Independent processing, supervision and accounting of temporary workers

  • Maintenance of master, time management and remuneration data in Workday and SAP

  • Processing of inquiries and interface to HR business partners, departments as well as executives

  • Processing of special transactions such as pay scale increases and one-time payments

  • Support with administrative processes

  • Phase-by-phase collaboration in small and sub-projects

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration or economics

  • Alternatively, successfully completed commercial vocational training or personnel administrator with many years of professional experience

  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and personnel processing

  • Experience with the topics Young People & LAK Abrechnung desirable

  • Initial user knowledge of SAP and Google Workday / Google Worksplace desirable

  • Business fluent German and proficient English skills

  • Present work permit for the EU

  • Team player with correct and independent way of working as well as interest in administrative processes and figures
