We are looking for a committed and responsible team player with a strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills who enjoys sharing his or her knowledge in a highly motivated team.

Task Description

  • Support and continuously improve short - and mid-term resource planning in collaboration with manufacturing.

  • Independently perform detailed analysis of performance indicators and proactively present to management

  • Support in evaluation and improvement of production related data

  • Presentation of evaluations and improvement potentials in regular performance meetings

  • Calculation of resource requirements for production and coordination with management

  • Preparation of management decisions

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, international management, economics or a comparable course of study 

  • Professional experience in the areas of controlling, manufacturing / production, production planning and control, project management, process planning or process improvement

  • IT user knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace

  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English

  • Present work permit for the EU

  • Team player with strong communication skills, a great affinity for numbers as well as an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
