Task Description
Advising customers and specialist departments on IT systems
Deriving measures to ensure the operational process
Analysis of faults and malfunctions in IT and telecommunications systems
Planning and installation of new IT systems
Maintenance of telephone systems, radio systems, working time recording system, cable network and LAN, workstation PC, printer and the display systems at the airport
Control and documentation of services
Supervision and instruction of external companies
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as a communications engineer, electrical engineer, IT systems electronics engineer, electronics technician, electrician or similar
Several years of professional experience in the field of activity
Special knowledge of systems in the field of activity as well as basic knowledge in the use of MS-Office
Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) as well as on-call duty
Ability to work at heights
Class B driving license
