Task Description

  • Support of negotiations regarding supplier capacities, cost adjustments or similar with various purchasing organizations

  • Final definition of material requirements strategy based on technical data and considering logistical aspects

  • Early identification of new activities and their proactive preparation by participating in daily operational meetings with relevant stakeholders

  • Ensuring on-time and quality delivery of all materials

  • Processing of customer orders in SAP application

  • Responsibility for adapting industrial processes in terms of logistics and materials management

  • Ensuring an end to end supply chain solution for incidental repair projects including triggering of escalations

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain / logistics or a comparable course of study

  • Several years of professional experience in supplier management, process improvement, quality assurance and supply chain / logistics

  • Knowledge in change management, lean management, project management and risk management

  • Airbus experience is an advantage

  • Initial user knowledge of SAP/R3 and knowledge of Google Workspace

  • Business fluent in German and English, other foreign languages desirable

  • Present work permit for the EU

  • Team player with independent and structured way of working
