Task Description

  • Accompanying the process of hiring new employees abroad

  • Assumption of supporting activities in the following areas:

    • Completion of relocation formalities (registration of residence, assumption of relocation costs)

    • Housing search and rental contract (maintaining contact with real estate agents and external agencies)

    • Organization of flights

    • Opening a bank account

    • Application for electricity, water and other utilities

    • Application for membership in a health insurance company

    • Assistance in finding and registering at school or kindergarten

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training or foreign language training

  • Several years of professional experience in the HR or organizational field

  • Experience in cooperation with authorities and/or care institutions desirable

  • Intercultural experience

  • Very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages desirable

  • Present work permit for the EU as well as aviation security training Aviation Security AVSEC03D
