Task Description

  • Ensuring on-time, quality, cost and requirement compliant deliveries

  • Continuous follow-up of planning with suppliers and customers

  • Team leadership of 12 colleagues, including planning workload, efficiency and implementation organization

  • Resolving technical issues and escalating blocking points

  • Ensuring early warning and mitigation of risks

  • Initiating release processes and ensuring compiler / design checker signatures are in place

  • Conduct quality root cause analysis, taking into account all stakeholders

  • Support cross-functional technical content teams

  • Continuously produce project reports in a timely and quality manner

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role in the aerospace industry

  • Knowledge of AIRBUS IT systems, methods and procedures as well as in the areas of project management, interface management and basic knowledge of configuration management

  • Experience in ATA92 aircraft electrical engineering, EPO Electrical Process Overview and A350 reference interrogation predefinition (RIC)

  • Professional experience in staff and team management 

  • Business fluent in English

  • Team player with good communication skills, decisiveness, critical thinking and the ability to set priorities
