Task Description

  • Technical support, design and management of individual and collective operational HR topics 

  • Performing operational HR tasks and accompanying the HR People Tempo (Annual HR Cycle) within the department

  • Promoting HR development and advising managers and employees on all HR-related topics

  • Ensuring compliance with guidelines and processes, taking into account the HR policy/strategy and the specified HR tool (process) landscape

  • Accompanying HR planning processes using HR tools and taking into account the HR strategy

  • Liaison between the specialist departments and the central HR departments

  • Cooperation with the works council

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on personnel work / HR or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in operational personnel work / HR

  • Experience in employee relations as well as in working with managers and the works council

  • Good knowledge of labor law and change management

  • Application knowledge of HR tools as well as Workday advantageous

  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English

  • Present work permit of the EU

  • Independent and communicative team player with value-oriented behavior
