Task Description

  • Operational control and coordination of General Services with a focus on postal services, archiving and print shop

  • Invoice control and claim management

  • Participation in the preparation and execution of tenders

  • Processing of incident reports and small orders in the FM Portal

  • SAP PM activities, such as orders, invoicing, evaluations, etc.

  • Contact person for internal customers



  • Successfully completed training as a facility management specialist

  • Several years of professional experience in facility management

  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office

  • Adept knowledge of German and advanced English

  • Present work permit for the EU 

  • Team player with good communication skills and an independent way of working
