Operational control and coordination of General Services with a focus on postal services, archiving and print shop
Invoice control and claim management
Participation in the preparation and execution of tenders
Processing of incident reports and small orders in the FM Portal
SAP PM activities, such as orders, invoicing, evaluations, etc.
Contact person for internal customers
Successfully completed training as a facility management specialist
Several years of professional experience in facility management
Detailed user knowledge of MS Office
