Task Description

  • Checking of incoming goods documents for correctness and completeness

  • Monitoring of configuration standards (e.g. CCB Matrix, SAP, TeamCenter)

  • Consolidation and creation of complete technical documentation for all products

    • Intranat GestConf data capture (e.g. Part and Serial Nr)

    • Airbus SAP - eCAIR creation and validation

  • Support in the area of configuration for our customer and support team after delivery

  • Updating of documentation and systems after changes and according to FAL plan

  • Preparation, compilation and monitoring with regard to archiving



  • Successfully completed vocational training

  • Several years of professional experience in the field advantageous

  • Knowledge of lean management desirable

  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP

  • Good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French advantageous

  • Willingness to work shifts as well as on-call duty on individual weekends

  • Team player with independent and structured way of working
