To strengthen our team at the Kelsterbach location, we are looking for ambitious chefs and sous-chefs (m/f/d) in airline catering.


What to expect

  • Production and provision of cold or hot kitchen dishes according to the specified recipes
  • Coordination of preparatory work in on-board menu production
  • Adherence to delivery times, implementation and assurance of quality standards
  • Compliance with the requirements of the hygiene guidelines

As sous-chef in addition:

  • Personnel management and responsibility
  • Creation of duty rosters and vacation planning
  • Control of the use of goods
  • Structuring of work and production processes
  • Leadership, motivation and inspiration of the team members

Our requirements for you

  • Training as a cook / kitchen specialist or several years of professional experience as a chef
  • Highest quality awareness
  • Independent way of working
  • Passion & passion for the profession and attention to detail
  • High personal commitment, hands-on mentality, resilience and flexibility (shift work)
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of German and English
