Task Description

  • Collaborate with business functions to identify needs and determine specific recruiting strategies

  • Determine appropriate sourcing strategies, channels and social media to attract employees

  • Identifying and attracting appropriate candidates through passive or active sourcing efforts

  • Creation of job advertisements and review of applications

  • Assessing the suitability of candidates using the latest tools and technologies (video, testing, virtual reality assessment...)

  • Active engagement in internal and external communities as well as networks

  • Responsibility for decision-making processes for final candidate selection

  • Deliver results based on KPIs



  • Completed studies in the field of social sciences, business administration, economics or equivalent

  • Several years of professional experience as HR business partner and in human resources management

  • Relevant recruitment experience required

  • Knowledge of social media for recruiting activities, headhunting and active sourcing desirable

  • Knowledge of detailed functions of MS-Office

  • Know-how in the use of Google Suite and Workday desirable

  • Proficient German and business fluent English skills

  • Present work permit for the EU

  • Structured organizational talent with analytical skills and result-oriented work style
