Task Description

  • Preparatory activities in month-end closing

  • Participation in the year-end closing

  • Support in accounts payable and all further activities (depending on suitability and desire for development)

  • Maintenance of fixed assets

  • Account clarification and data reconciliation

  • Monitoring of open items

  • Carrying out payment runs

  • Checking and account assignment of travel expenses as well as checking accounting transactions between related group companies for consistency

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training with further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or completed business studies with focus on finance/controlling/taxes

  • Several years of experience in accounting (accounts payable, financial and general ledger accounting) in an international environment

  • Knowledge of travel expense law

  • Confident handling of SAP (FI tool)

  • Good knowledge of German and English

  • Organizational talent with independent and accurate working style
