Task Description

  • Verification of compliance of construction units with the design data approved at the time of manufacture.

  • Control of the manufacturing approval scope (capability list)

  • Monitoring the completeness of test records created during manufacturing (modification status/marking)

  • Ensuring the integrity of the components

  • Examination of completeness of delivery documentation as well as all specified and executed manufacturing steps

  • Assessment of component condition taking into account construction deviations (Concession/Design Query Note (DQN)/Request for Design rework (RDR))

  • Preparation of airworthiness certificates (EASA Form One - Part 21G and CoC according to DIN EN10204)

  • Inspection of the reason for removal from storage for plausibility with regard to goods conditions



  • Successfully completed degree in aircraft construction and engineering

  • Alternatively: Completed vocational training in aircraft construction (technician/specialist) with many years of professional experience in the aerospace sector

  • Several years of professional experience in quality management

  • Licensed, certifying staff EASA Part 21G or aviation category B1/C inspector according to part 66 Luftfahrt-Bundesamt (German Federal Aviation Authority)

  • In-depth application knowledge in MS Office, SAP and Google Suite

  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English

  • Present EU work permit
