Task Description
Implementation of personnel measures such as recruitment, transfers, contract changes or departures
Set-up and maintenance of master, time management, remuneration and document generation systems
Payroll accounting and pay method calculation as well as the compilation and reconciliation of data required for this purpose
Processing of special transactions such as collective agreement increases, one-off payments, earnings protection
Documentation of all payroll account documents in accordance with the statutory retention periods
Correspondence with pension recipients, health insurance funds and authorities
Providing information to external bodies and issuing certificates
Advising and informing employees about applied legal, collective bargaining and company regulations
Requirements
Completed studies in business administration or economics with a focus on human resources
Completed vocational training as a personnel clerk, tax clerk or equivalent qualification in the commercial field
Several years of professional experience in commercial processing, payroll accounting, personnel processing and human resources management
In-depth user knowledge of SAP/R3 HR and Google Suite
Business fluent in German and English
Team player with strong communication skills and a high degree of responsibility, resilience and organisational talent
Present work permit for the EU
