Task Description
Checking and clarification of demand data for completeness and correctness
Demand planning, scheduling and procurement of quality-compliant components, equipment, systems, materials and services
Delivery monitoring and communication with suppliers and internal departments
Control and analysis of delivery performance
Master data maintenance of material flows
Risk management and initiation of corrective actions
Control and resolution of delivery and service disruptions including recovery activities
Requirements
Completed studies in the field of economics
Several years of professional experience in material planning, material procurement, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
Experience in customer service, as well as operational purchasing advantageous
In-depth user knowledge of SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
Business fluent in German and English
Communicative team player with a sense of responsibility
