Task Description
Ensuring the availability of all required parts and main components as well as the elimination of identified bottlenecks / missing parts
Timely processing of all articles in the Griefline for the release of parts
Ensuring proper tracking of all processes and cannibalisations
Tracking of requirements to Toulouse for regular and urgent material shipments
Develop, consolidate and track historical material data and develop counter and preventive measures
Ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance
Manage minimum and safety stock levels for chemicals, hardware and markings/placards
Requirements
Completed training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, qualification as a technician or sufficient relevant professional experience
Experienced with MS Office
Very good SAP experience in the field of material management and planning
Good knowledge of English required / Good knowledge of German desirable
Occasional on-call duty at weekends
Strong communicator and team player who enjoys networking
