Job description
- Develop, maintain and document the Jeppesen JCR/JCP configuration and customization including Rave code changes
- Develop, configure and implement changes to Jeppesen JCR and JCP systems to meet quality and optimization targets and business needs
- Develop and document procedures related to the use of JCR/JCP
- Support the production of pilot pairings and rosters in accordance with regulations and company policies considering fatigue risk management, efficiency, crew bids, fairness and operational robustness
- Develop, maintain and analyze crew scheduling KPIs
- Run and analyze “what if” scenarios to evaluate potential changes and support business needs
- Training of Crew Planners in the use of JCR and JCP and related systems and processes
- Ensure systems remain compliant with regulations, company rules and policies
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience related to Crew Scheduling
- Advanced user of Jeppesen JCP and JCR
- Advanced skills in Python and Rave coding
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics and statistical analysis
- Demonstrated aptitude towards problem identification and resolution
- Knowledge of Flight Time Limitations (FTL) and basic knowledge about Fatigue Risk Management (FRM)
- Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory; additional spoken languages are an added value
- Knowledge of the AIMS scheduling software is considered an asset
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full-time position based in Luxembourg
- Regular office hours. Occasional work outside the normal working schedule and/or working days may be required
- Occasional travel may be required
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
