Task Description

  • Creation of intranet presences, videos, newsletters, concepts and methodologies

  • Supporting the project management in the creation of presentations and workshops

  • Accompanying and supporting the conception and design of change and rollout processes (including training planning, stakeholder analyses, presentations, workshops)

  • Creation and maintenance of relevant project and company communications in existing and newly developed information channels (including teams, Yammer, intranet, newsletter, internal project information events, videos)

  • Conception, management and evaluation of virtual workshops, events and participation formats and derivation of options for action

  • Representation of the project on various internal communication platforms

  • Communication and presentation on operational and management level

  • Contribution to organizational concepts and preparation of training concepts and documents

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration with a focus on leadership, change management or HR or communication science, journalism, journalism, (business) psychology or comparable education, knowledge and experience

  • Experience in the conception and confident handling of change and rollout processes as well as the creation of change communications

  • Know-how in the operational support of project teams and practical experience in the conception and moderation of workshops

  • Confident handling of MS Office, in video editing as well as in image processing

  • Advanced knowledge of German and English

  • Team player with conceptual, editorial and copywriting skills
