Task Description
Administration and procurement of personnel in the program area
Support of HR Business Partners in administrative activities
Advising supervisors and employees on personnel-related issues
Execution of reporting
Consolidation of national and international HR campaigns
Formation of the interface to the Airbus works council
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or human resources clerk with a focus on human resources or successfully completed studies (bachelor) in law, economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources
Several years of professional experience as an HR business partner or in the field of human resources
Experience with Workday is desirable
Confident handling of SAP and Google Workspace
Business fluent in German and English
