Direct entry captains conversion program

Excellent opportunity for First Officers with a minimum of 4000 hours total time, This employment program gives European pilots meeting certain requirements the opportunity to upgrade as a Commander on A320 or B737 due to airline company expansion.

During this period, the most are 12 months,  starting on the first day of the commander upgrade program which pilots will complete 500 hours. The company at this period provide transportation, perdiems and accommodation. Guarantee the signed full employment contract with the same airline after this period for captains whose application documents are selected.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

Valid A320 type rating

EASA ATPL License

Valid Class 1 Medical

ICAO ELP Level 4

EU Passport

Minimum of 4,000 hours total time, including 3000 hours on type.
