Task Description

  • Analysis of the equipment qualification process

  • Specification of environmental conditions for equipment (lightning, electromagnetic compatibility and interference, mechanical or climatic influences)

  • Review and analysis of supplier documents as well as review and preparation of equipment qualification documents (QP, QTP, QTR, CNE, etc.)

  • Analysis and preparation of technical documents (e.g. TN, CS, etc.)

  • Troubleshooting and proposing solutions for equipment bonding changes.

  • Test procedures for equipment qualification (ground and flight test organization).

  • Equipment qualification and certification

  • Provide technical support to the final assembly line on bonding issues



  • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering

  • Knowledge of the aviation environment and electromagnetic radiation

  • Experience in project management and vendor and customer relations

  • Knowledge of aviation standards (DO-160, MIL-STD 461, etc.) is desirable

  • Confident handling of MS Office

  • Fluent in English, knowledge of German and French is an advantage
