CAE Parc Aviation are currently recruiting a Cabin Safety Instructor on behalf of the CAE Nordic team based in Arlanda, Stockholm.

Role & Responsibilities:
The position is a full-time permanent position based in Arlanda, Stockholm with a 6-month probationary employment. Working hours will be mostly office hours with occasional evenings and weekends.
The role as Cabin Safety Instructor:
As an instructor you will train flight and cabin crew in our classrooms and cabin simulators in topics such as: emergency procedures, first aid, water survival and CRM.
We believe that the central part in all successful training is efficient two way communication between trainees and instructors. Successful training is characterized by instructors giving support and encouragement to trainees through a trainee centered and solutions centered approach.
You will also be involved in courseware development and updating training material. This position requires flexibility in a dynamic environment and the capacity to prioritize daily activities as they unfold.
This role will give you opportunity to ensure that expectations are being met and/or exceeded consistently which in turn will improve customer loyalty.
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Documented experience as Cabin Crew Instructor/Cabin Safety Instructor is required
Experience from working as a Cabin Crew
Educational background will be valued
Education high school as a minimum with 2 to 5 years related experience
Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, and a good understanding of other Scandinavian languages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
Strong focus on quality with a continuous drive towards process improvement and customer satisfaction
Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude, but also independent
Organized and attention to detail
Ability to concentrate and work in a fast paced environment, accept changes, and adjust accordingly
Ability to maintain strong customer orientation under adverse circumstances
Travel in accordance with business needs will be required
