BASE MAINTENANCE MANAGER

• Search, analysis, negotiation and selection of base maintenance services providers;
• Base maintenance agreements preparation and analysis, preparation for signing, storage and validity control;
• Base maintenance services providers KPIs establishment, their performance monitoring, supervision and control;
• Base maintenance providers familiarization with applicable company procedures and paperwork filling practices;
• Base maintenance inputs supervision when needed;
• Review and approval of invoices for base maintenance services;
• Liaise with OEMs, TC holders and CAA when needed;
• Participating in base maintenance providers quality audits and in occurrences investigation if needed;
• Participation in processes related to company fleet aircrafts' incorporation and phasing out if needed;

• Willingness and ability to travel;
• A minimum of two years work experience in Part-145/Part-M organizations;
• Fluent English language (other languages would be an advantage);
• University degree in aviation would be an advantage;
• Stress handling and good communication skills;
• Knowledge of technical processes and regulations;
• Technical knowledge of A320F;
• Familiarity with Part-CAMO requirements.
