Air Charter Brokers - USA

On behalf of our charter brokerage client, we are recruiting remote based Air Charter Brokers within the USA to join them.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Source Aircraft from the best charter operators and charter aircraft in the industry.
• Manage contracts with operators and hold them accountable to delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
• As needed and especially in recovery situations, source quotes and contracts from operators to fulfill client itineraries.
• Be able to take the lead in recovery operations as well as be able to support team members as needed.
• Develop trust and rapport with charter operator staff.
• Ensure client trips are on schedule by flight following the repo and live legs. Communicate in with the client in real time of any unexpected changes.
• Service incoming customer charter requests by gathering all pertinent information required to source an aircraft and service the request.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Confirming company procedures are being followed in a methodical and chronological way to ensure protection of both company and the client.
• Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process.
• Managing charter bookings from inquiry to completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

Their ideal candidate will have:

• At least a year’s experience in the private jet charter industry in charter sales/brokerage. Our client needs people to come in and service air charter requests right away without being trained from scratch.
• Experience with outsourcing and trip recoveries.
• Logistics/scheduling experience.
• A phenomenal communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-directed and detail oriented, with a can and will do attitude.
• Has the ability to remain calm and focus their efforts during high stress situations and to prioritize tasks accordingly.

• Current client base/book of business.
• Home office set-up.
• US citizen or Green Card holder currently living in the USA, there is no visa sponsorship or international relocation on offer.

OFFER:

Salary (amount based on experience and if you bring a book of business with you) + Commission.
