Job Description

In this position you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless execution of Client flight and experience. Some of your daily tasks include:

  • Coordinating and communicating flight revisions to Clients and Partners in a timely fashion; this includes delays, weather updates, changes in scheduling …
  • Proactively monitoring flight status and resolve any issues and problems which occur
  • Organization of all catering, and additional Client requests (ground transportation, transfers, accommodation, reservations, …)
  • Expanding on Client CRM by acquiring detailed knowledge of Client specifics
  • Execution and management of Client payment processing
Requirements

To be successful in this position you should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in travel & tourism, customer service, and/or hotelier
  • A passion and determination to provide an exceptional Client Experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure and skillfully resolve dynamic situations
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy at each level
  • Flexible approach to work, to match the operational requirements (shifts, weekends, holiday, and overtime)
  • Ability to communicate and to present information clearly and concisely both verbal and written
  • Good computer knowledge of MS-Office software programs
  • Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written), all additional languages are a plus (German language is not required)
  • Must have the right to live and work in Austria
