Task Description

  • Coordination of manufacturing, D2 (after delivery) and D3 implementation on section/fuselage and D4 activities (certification)

  • Interface with the customer to MCA / FAL

  • Coordinate CAIR closeout with respect to contractual milestones vs. schedule

  • Prepare and distribute robust daily internal and external reporting

  • Provide workload forecast to OSW / NC for D3.

  • Ensure handover of sections to NZ / FAL in accordance with quality standards set by customer

  • Internal communication and follow up of results and actions

Requirements

  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Professional experience in aviation (preferably in Airbus environment).

  • Experience in customer support is desirable

  • Good overview and knowledge of electrical processes

  • Experienced handling of MS Office

  • Good knowledge of German and English is required, knowledge of French is an advantage

  • Team player with strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
