Job description

- Develop and implement and internal monitoring system to ensure the availability of regulatory and company requirements

- Ensures Operational Departments are aware of all applicable Regulatory,Organizational, IOSA and Safety requirements

- Assist in researching all applicable Regulatory, Organizational, IOSA, Human Factors and safety requirements for methods of compliance

- Assist in providing Group Leader, Inspections with the required applicable Regulatory, Organizational, IOSA, Human Factors and safety requirements for surveillance and audits

- May be required/requested to conduct procedural and facility audits

- May be required to carry out technical investigations when the need arises

- Assist in maintaining a Technical library containing the required regulatory, safety and organizational requirements and/or procedures ensuring that all appropriate references remain current and up-to-date

- Assist in carrying out required IOSA Pre-Audit Review Report for Approved IATA audits (regulatory cross reference)

- May be required to coordinate Safety Management Review Committee meetings

- May be required to coordinate confidential reporting systems and exit interviews to identify potential safety issues and concerns

- Analyze occurrence, voluntary or confidential reports for hazards or trends

- Carries out other similar or related duties

Requirements

- Holder of a valid Engineering or Commercial Pilot License with 16 years experience. or university degree with 12 years operational experience

- May be involved in an operational function

- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
