Task Description

  • Retrofitting with regard to radar technology and sensor technology and carrying out appropriate calculations and investigations for verification

  • Integration of complex mission systems such as high-resolution cameras, data link and communication systems as well as simulated weapon computers

  • Development of components/assemblies in terms of time, cost and quality in the field of aircraft modifications

  • Preparation of component and installation drawings for the production or installation of the components/assemblies

  • Assistance in the preparation of sample inspection programs

  • Development of solutions, concepts and analyses in the field of structure and cabin



  • Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or similar, alternatively engineering with several years of professional experience

  • Practical experience in the field of aircraft modification (aircraft structure/systems) would be an advantage

  • Initial professional experience with the building regulations applicable to the approvals is desirable

  • Very good CAD knowledge (e.g. SolidWorks)

  • Fluent in German and English (especially in the aeronautical field)
