Job description
At present we are looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to work in a busy MRO setting at RAF Waddington. Licoln.
This Maintenance Scheduler's position is a contract role covering an initial 30 week period.
The Maintenance Scheduler will provide planning and scheduling in support of the Sentry Depth Maintenance Blankets & Ducts (B&D) programme.
The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for supporting the construction of the detailed B&D maintenance plan prior to aircraft arrival and for the update of the plan during the maintenance event.
* Support the leadership team in completion of any Quality Audit Findings and Safety Occurrences
* Encourage an open and honest reporting culture across the Waddington team.
* Supporting and actively participating in the Company's Continuous Improvement process.
* Maintain the aircraft B&D plan throughout the maintenance event through accurate resourcing and scheduling.
* Ensure configuration control of the Microsoft project schedule.
* Update of the STI spreadsheet (if required)
* Additional tasks as required by the Project Coordinator.
* Produce reports as required by the Business Unit, such as the daily statistics.
* Review and highlight any issues that could cause an impact to schedule milestones.
* Planning within an aircraft maintenance role.
* Proficient and experienced in the use of MS Project and Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
