Task Description

  • Control of maintenance operations and liaison with flight crews and the Operations Control Centre

  • Preparation and management of the execution of the short-term maintenance planning of the fleet

  • Management of line maintenance and repair work with line maintenance providers and spare parts suppliers

  • Monitoring and updating of track maintenance records

  • Contacting maintenance service providers for the proper maintenance records

  • Monitoring the service level of contract partners for line maintenance and spare parts and initiating corrective actions



  • Experience in the maintenance of aircraft in line and base maintenance

  • Good IT skills, e.g. in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Part 66 B1 and/or B2 license as well as experience with the maintenance tracking software TRAX is an advantage

  • Valid fuel tank safety phase 1, EWIS and human factor training desirable

  • Good knowledge of German and English

  • Willingness to shift work
