Job description

Painting/Powder-coating Supervisor needed for an Albuquerque, NM Metals Coating & Painting business. Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

This position is a supervisor role and will be to oversee the entire painting/powder-coating department as well as perform necessary painting skills. Responsibilities include delivering high quality painted material(s) to customers by performing all painting activities, ensuring quality, maintaining proper inventory levels, and facilitating the work of paint technician's.

Qualifications needed:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience plating, anodizing, painting and powder coating metal products!
  • Previous experience as a lead or supervisor. Experience with monitoring and maintaining job time, quality, and schedule requirements of customer orders.
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing material.
  • Able to understand paint characteristics and prepare paint.
