Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Must
Have at least ten years of experience as an electronic technician (may include military service). Hands on experience with the operation and repair of avionic equipment. Strong team leadership skills; ability to direct work efforts. Must be able to perform tasking with moderate guidance and minimal supervision. Willing to be IPC J -STD-001 certified and able to pass a solder proficiency test. Understand complex electrical systems including schematics, assembly drawings and parts list/BOMs. Must be able to travel and support offsite test activities.
Possess hands-on knowledge and experience with the electrical and assemblies. Possess the communication skills necessary to accurately communicate redesign, repair or other technical changes. Have a positive attitude and capable of working in an environment that often has frequently changing task priorities and time related commitments. Have experience using standard and specialized test equipment and unit under test reconfiguration to support integration and qualification activities.
