GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Captain to fulfill different assignments for our clients.


Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain contractually compliant operating schedules
  • Process accurate weekly payroll to include payroll discrepancies, reports, etc.
  • Maintain all inventory of all equipment used on shifts and ensure proper maintenance is performed
  • Administer disciplinary counseling forms to correct substandard performance attendance and conduct
  • Ensure proper training to security staff
  • Maintain yearly vacation schedule for security staff
  • Perform quarterly and yearly performance evaluations

    Performance Metrics: The Captain is expected to achieve the following metrics within GardaWorlds performance-based business environment:
  • Manage to 1.75% unbilled overtime or less on assigned account
  • Retention of the account
  • Period over period improvement (usually quarterly) of performance metrics specific to the account
  • Personnel inspections and training of assigned personnel each month
  • 100% compliance to the GardaWorld Mandatory Requirements
  • Lead by example of living up to the GardaWorld Values

  • Supervise & manage employees at your assigned job site
  • Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client at the assigned site
General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
  • Respond quickly to critical situations
  • Ability to read and write detailed reports
  • Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
  • .38 caliber range certificate (40 hours course) - Yes or No
  • OCAT - Oleoresin Capsicum Aerosol Training - Yes or No
  • PATH - Practical and Tactical Handcuffing Yes or No
  • MEB Monadnock Expendable Baton Yes or No
  • CPR/First Aid/AED Yes or No
  • Additional requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • US or Naturalized citizen to work at IMF
  • Prior supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, corrections, or related fields is preferred
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
  • Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Pass an extensive screening process
