Structural Repair Engineer (f/m/d)

The tasks

• Carry out maintenance tasks of aircraft structure and structural components during maintenance scheduled and unscheduled inputs (repair, overhaul, inspection or modification) to the highest possible standards of safety, quality, and serviceability
• appropriate application of certification privileges in accordance with the limitations of Company Authorizations
• lead and perform preparing for CAA and Customer Audits and Inspection
• Manage and supervise other maintenance staff of Structural Repair Workshop as well as perform emergency repairs independently
• Structural Repair Engineer must carefully observe all CAA rules and regulations when performing any job duty

Your profile

• Sheet Metal and Composite Repair training from OEM company or approved organization
• Overall experience 5 years in Sheet Metal and Composite Repairs
• Aircraft type training module (limited to the Structure ATA chapters)
• Skills to understand and to be able control repair procedure, use precision tools and accomplish the required repairs
• Skills to manage several projects at once
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Aircraft Documentation Systems (MyBoeingFleet, etc)
• Good project leadership and communication skills
• Associate degree: Aviation Technical College, Technical Higher Degree (University, etc)
• Proficient in English Language, minimum level: intermediate / upper-intermediate
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CS holder
