Lufthansa Aviation Training , located at the Phoenix- Goodyear Airport in Goodyear, AZ has over 40 years of experience as a leading Flight Training School in the USA. As Flight Crew Manager you will:

Lead and supervise the flight instructor work force, engage with the workforce to understand and remove barriers preventing full employee engagement.
Participates as a member of the interview team for flight instructor hiring.
Lead the flight instructor group meetings.
Ensure currencies and qualifications of the flight instructors are maintained through regular review of expiry dates and annual training programs.
Lead and supervise student pilot group.
Ensure definition and documentation of processes that facilitate safe, high quality and efficient flight training operations.
Liaison for third party clients.
Liaison with outside parties concerning operational issues.
Participate in on-call / on-duty rotations

*All other duties as assigned or required.

The ideal Flight Crew Manager should have: High School diploma or Bachelor degree required. Experience successfully leading and managing teams required. English required. Flight Training or Aviation experience desired. Computer skills expert level required. Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Must possess permit to work in the U.S. Willingness to travel. Must possess a valid driver license. Willingness to work shifts and overtime. Able to work under constant time pressure.
