Pilot, Captain / Commander
- Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests.
- Expected to coordinate all aspect of the room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F&B so that all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance of division standards and profit maximization.
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
- Minimum years of age to serve alcohol beverages
- Minimum of 1 year in hotel customer service role
