Job description

TTi Global currently seeks an Engineering, Aircraft Production and Technical Instructor for our clients San Antonio facility.

The qualified candidate will be responsible to develop learning solutions, perform training needs analysis and conduct/coordinate training events and provide instruction .

? The instruction shall be performed using the appropriate medium and methods to satisfy business needs and requirements.
? Shall be responsible to assess and test the competence of employees in performing tasks requiring certifications to comply with government and organizational standards and specifications.
? Shall also provide shop consultation, workplace coaching and support to production operations with manufacturing best practices and processes as requested.
? Shall also develop and/or provide quality training and develop / lead internal cross-training efforts across Americas to grow skills and strengthen customer support base.

Instructor Requirements
All instructors shall be qualified and deliver courses under the processes or specifications detailed
Site Specific Requirements
? Education, training and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in fighter aircraft (F18 and/or F15) is required; C17, C40, and VC25 aircraft are preferred.

Fighter aircraft systems, electrical/ avionics and fiber optics are required; structures is preferred.
? Airframe and Power Plant License is preferred
? Prior experience as a formal instructor in electrical, aircraft systems and fiber optics is required for F15 and F18. (C17, C40, VC25 delivery is a plus.) Workplace coaching and/or formal classroom delivery for structures is preferred.
