Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Processes Interim Flight Clearances, NATOPS, and NATIP changes. Utilizes the process as required by Director, US Navy and Marine Corp Airworthiness and CYBERSAFE Directorate for the routing of flight clearances. Manages the routing of Engineering Change Proposals and Technical Directive. Maintains a technical library of flight clearances, engineering reports and other technical information
10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 3 of those years utilizing the process as required by Director, US Navy and Marine Corp Airworthiness and CYBERSAFE Directorate for the routing of flight clearances. At least 3 years of rotary-wing flight clearance experience supporting NAVAIR programs.
