- M.S. or Ph.D. in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering degree with experience out of either the aerospace, electronic materials, chemicals, or pneumonic conveying industries.
- Must have strong computational skills and experience in any simulation tools like 4tran, C/C++, ASPEN, or MATLAB/Simulink with the ability and desire to improve the in-house modeling software.
- Pluses would be strong communication and presentation skills, rotorcraft experience, independent research experience, and programming and Scripting languages (FORTRAN, Java, Python).
