Description Builds complex sub-assemblies using a variety of tools including crimpers, lugging devices, torque devices and other complex and basic hand tools. Fabricates complex wire harnesses with a variety of complex connecting devices. Reads and interprets complex wire diagrams, blueprints, drawings and work instructions. Solders complex components in sub-assemblies using a variety of techniques including j-hooks, turrets, etc.… Builds complex structural assemblies using blueprints and processes.

Mandatory 10 + years of experience in aerospace and/or DOD manufacturing or modification involving the installation or modification of electronical components and electrical systems. Technical, vocational and/or related military technical degree in electronics or related discipline. Thorough understanding of electrical theory and excellent understanding of electrical schematics and drawing. Previous experience working in an ESD environment. Ability to work with little to no supervision. Very strong solder skills are a requirement. Good written and communication skills. Computer skills must be intermediate to advanced
